






Andy Wright is the Head Coach at Louisburg Middle School. He is also in his second tenure as an Assistant Coach at Louisburg High School after returning for the 2024-2025 season. He previously served as Assistant Coach from 2015-2018. Coach Wright came to LHS from Wellsville High School where he served as Head Wrestling Coach for the high school and middle school He also coached high school and middle school football and track for 12 years. He played college football and ran track, earning MIAA All-Conference Track at Pittsburg State University and All-American honors at Fort Scott Community College. He was a graduate of Osawatomie High School, where he played football, wrestled, played basketball, and ran track. Coach Wright currently teaches special education at LHS and is the head 8th grade football coach, and head LHS track coach. Coach Wright and his wife Amy have two children. Delaney (KSU track athlete) and Mathias (10th grader at LHS).

Shawn Crossley is entering his 6th season as the Assistant Coach at Louisburg Middle School. He is also the Men's and Women's Head Coach at Louisburg High School. He serves as the Board President, Club Director, and Head Coach of Wildcat Wrestling Club and is the Founder, President, and Head Coach of East Kansas Eagles Wrestling Club. Coach Crossley is also on the USAWKS State Tournament Committee, the USAWKS District 1 Rules Committee, and coordinates dual team selections for District 1 Kansas for District Duals. He has been coaching for over a decade. He was 4x All Frontier League, and a 3X KSHSAA State Qualifier for Louisburg High School, where he was the Senior Wrestler of the Year in 1998. He is also Honorable Mention All-Time LHS Dream Team. He has previously been nominated for KWCA 4A Assistant Coach of the Year and was the recipient of the USA Kansas Kids Wrestling District Person of the year for 2025. He has coached 419 All-Americans, 45 National Champions, and countless State Champions, State Placers and State Qualifiers. Coach Crossley lives in Louisburg, KS with his wife Maigan. They have two daughters Kendall and Darcy. In his spare time, he loves being with his family. He enjoys watching his daughter Kendall (17) run track, where she is a 5x League Champion, 9x KS State Qualifier, 4x KS State Medalist, and 6x Junior Olympic Qualifier. His daughter Darcy (4) dances and also started her first season wrestling! Coach Crossley and his wife Maigan are happy to announce the birth of their son Callan (Cal) on 9/25/25.
